Accessibility
statement.
Last reviewed November 6, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to read and use this website. This page describes what we aim for, how we check it, what we know falls short, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Our goal
We aim for this website, decisionterrain.com, to conform to theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2at Level AA. We have not had the site audited by an independent third party, so we do not claim full conformance. We treat the problems we find as defects to fix.
This statement covers the pages on decisionterrain.com. It does not cover Decision Terrain software that you run in your own environment.
How we test
Before changes are published we run automated checks with the open-source axe-core engine on every page at desktop and phone widths, and we check by hand that menus, forms and controls work from the keyboard, that focus is visible, that content reflows without sideways scrolling at narrow widths, and that animation stops when a visitor asks their device to reduce motion.
Our testing with screen readers has been limited so far. Automated tools find only part of what can go wrong, so reports from people who use assistive technology are especially valuable to us.
Product demo videos have captions and a text transcript on the same page.
Known limitations
- Product screenshots. Screens captured from the Decision Terrain platform are images. Each has a text description, but small interface text inside a screenshot may be hard to read at reduced sizes.
- AI Facts label. The printable label inthe AI Facts assessment toolis a compact graphic with small type in its fine print. The same assessment can be downloaded as a report, and the checklist itself is available as plain text and as a CSV file.
- Third-party content. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you choose to play them and use YouTube’s player, which we do not control.
