GET/operations/:operationId
Retrieve safe retained operation metadata for the original credential owner. Requires read scope plus current original-operation scope and resource authority. No stored response bodies or secrets are returned. Covered G02 member and allowed G01 service receipts only; expired/inaccessible records return 404. Requires agents:read.
