Create Legacy Agent Task
POST/agents/browser-use/:agentId/tasks
Create a resource in the API key's owner scope. Read-only fields in the representation cannot be set by the client. Requires agents:operate. When API_ADMISSION_ENABLED is true, omit wait even without Idempotency-Key; queued-input capacity is shared across stable principal and owner. Optional protected retries require API_EXTENDED_RETRIES_ENABLED for new admissions; retained retries survive disabling admission. Original outcomes expire after 24 hours by default; current authority is rechecked. Task creation requires wait to be omitted. Secret rotation retries conflict if superseded.
